What we collect
- Enquiries and quotes. When you use our contact form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, address and information about the job.
- Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe using the form in the footer, we keep your name and email address so we can send you offers and cleaning tips.
- Website usage. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. This uses cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out the work you book (steps before a contract, and performance of a contract).
- To send you our newsletter, only where you have asked for it (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
- To understand and improve how the website is used (legitimate interests, and consent where required for cookies).
- To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our email provider and Google (analytics).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for up to six years for tax purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
